Communication Links
At St. Peter's we pride ourselves on excellent communication links with our parents and families. This is very important to us and therefore we have established various different ways of sharing information and keeping our children, parents and families informed of the many varied activities in which we participate including, Assemblies, Sporting Events, School Trips and celebrations, to name just a few.
Please find detailed below the different methods of communication we use at St. Peter's:
WEBSITE
Our school website, is constantly being updated and is and always should be the first port of call for parents/carers/grandparents to find out any aspect of school life.
Twitter and Facebook
Every class posts regular updates on our Twitter page. This also links to Facebook to enable parents to have a snapshot of school life, as and when it happens.
Please use the links to Twitter and Facebook on the bottom right hand side of the page.
Text Service - teachers2parents (Eduspot)
To enable quick and straightforward information to be shared, we use the teachers2parents system. This service is for all families and is allocated to the 1st named parent on their child's Contact Form.
It is very important that we are advised immediately if you have changed your mobile number - as we must be able to contact parents in the event of an emergency.
Emailing Service (Eduspot)
We are also able to contact parents via email, to send through documents i.e letters/flyers.
SchoolMoney Online Payment System (Eduspot)
The SchoolMoney System is used for payments into school, i.e. School Trips, Costumes, Tickets, Archdiocesan Levy and other sundry items.
This is a quick and convenient way to pay, as this can be done at anytime using your debit/credit card.
Please find a Parent User Guide below to assist you in using SchoolMoney.
Letters and Flyers
St. Peter's strives to be a paperless school, however on occasion we do have a need to send letters home via the children. When we do this we would usually send parents a text to advise them remind their child to check in their school bag.
School Office
If you unable to find the information you require from the website, please then contact the school office:
