After School Clubs

Planet Protectors - Autumn Term

Mrs Kelly will be running Planet Protectors on a Tuesday. This is a hands on club where children will be looking after our outdoor school enviroment. 


Football - All Year

Freedom Football provides this After School Club. They are an external provider who have been running after school clubs at St Peter's for a year. Year 1 - Year 6 are invited to take part in this club.

Performing Arts - Autumn Term

Mrs Caldwell will be running Performing Arts club for children in Year 2 - Year 6 after school on a Friday. This is a great opportunity for the children to develop a range of performance skills in a fun way.

Young Voices - Autumn Term

Young Voices is the world's largest school choir group, with over 150,000 primary school children involved at stadiums throughout the UK.

Mrs Wharton leads this club on a Monday. She loves taking the pupils to the concert at the AO Arena!

Construction - All year

Mrs Watmough leads this club on a Monday for Year 1 and 2. Can you build the tallest tower? Can you build a structure out of the magnetic blocks? Come and join in and develop your creativity and have fun with friends.


Computing - Autumn Term

Miss Fallon will be leading this club which takes place on a Monday for Years 1, 2 & 3. Different activities each week focusing around the skills of coding, designing and publishing.


Craft Club - Autumn Term

Run by Mrs Hampson on a Wedneday, this club is about fun, creativity, exploring new materials and new techniques in art and craft-based activities.


Basketball - All Year

In this club children will be encouraged to learn and develop the fundamentals of Basketball (Passing, Shooting, Dribbling, Defending & Rebounding)! 

Basketball takes place on a Wednesday and is run by Bridgewater Jets.

French Club - All Year

Bonjour! Do you want to develop your French speaking skills? Then Madame Pierre's French Club is the club for you! This club takes place on a Thursday after school.  


Running Club - Autumn Term

Run by Mrs Proctor (no pun intended!) our Running Club takes place on a Thursday. 


Story Club - Autumn and Spring Term

Year 1 and 2 can take part in this club with Mrs Rowlinson. Come and listen to different stories with your friends.


Archery - Autumn Term

Archery club is lead by Archery Education on a Friday afternoon. Come and see if you can hit the target!


Culture Club - Spring Term

During the Spring Term you can sample different foods and learn about traditions in different cultures and countries around the world.

Chess and Board Games - SpringTerm

As requested by the School Council, on Wednesdays there is a chance to test your strategic skills in our new chess and board games club.

Mini Vinnies is a group for primary school aged people who get together to help those in need within their school and local community.
