Health and Well-being Week


On Monday 21st October, our annual Health and Well-Being Week began.We had lots of activities planned for the week, including mindfulness yoga, gender equality, massage, making healthy wraps and fruit kebabs, the NSPCC talking to us about how we could address our worries, Live Wire Warrington doing fitness activities with us, our famous sponsored activity, as well as many other activities. It was a great week, and we didn't let the weather stop us!
