Health and Well-being Week
Health and Well-being Week was very busy at St. Peter's this year! Children talked about the importance of keeping their bodies healthy through exercise and what they eat, as well as how to keep their minds healthy.
Activities that children took part in included Bikeability, making fruit pizzas and wholemeal pitta pizzas, yoga, meditation, an exercise treasure hunt, making fruit juice and fruit salad, decorating pebbles as part of a mindfulness activity, and many more!
