Year 6 Leaders
School Councillors
We are the pupil's voice. We lead the School Council and work towards inclusivity and equal representation in our monthly meetings. We welcome ideas from everyone.
CAPA Club Leaders
CAPA stands for Choose A Physical Activity and we work as play leaders for the younger children. We organise activities at lunchtime twice a week and we support Miss Fallon in her Key Stage 1 Multi-Skills Club.
Sports Crew
We liase with all class teachers to ensure they have the right P.E. equipment for their lessons.We keep the P.E. cupboard well organised and look after the equipment at playtimes.
Foundation Stage, Year 1 and Year 2 Monitors
We support the teachers and pupils in Key Stage 1 by completing administration tasks in our own lunchtimes.
Digital Leaders
Our duties include ensuring ipads are plugged in and charged up, switching off computers at the end of the day and checking headphones are working. We report any technical problems to Mr Tinsley.
Technical Support Monitors
We liase with Mrs Lea to play the music in assemblies and Sing and Praise. We are also responsible for displaying the words to the hymns and any powerpoint presentations or photographs that go with the assembly.
Awards Monitors
We liase with Mrs Lea to ensure all the certificates, stickers and badges are ready for our celebration assembly on Friday mornings.
DJs
We organise the music in the hall on 'Fun Friday' lunchtimes and make sure everyone gets a chance to choose the style of music they like.
